Any waivers and / or cancellations must be sent by e-mail whose date of sending will be valid for administrative purposes for the application of our cancellation policy:
-From 30 days to 15 days before check-out -in: the deposit paid will be retained
-From 15 days to 7 days before check-in: an amount up to 50% of the entire booked stay will be charged.
-From 7 days before check-in- in at check-in or in case of no-show: an amount up to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged.
Delayed arrival or early departure entail payment of the entire booked period.
